Workout tracker with supersets, tri-sets and circuits
A LiftChat workout is made of blocks. One exercise is straight sets, two is a superset, three a tri-set, more a circuit. Timed sets and rest are items of the block too, each with its own timer.

How it works
- 1
Build a block
Put one, two, three or more exercises into a block — its type follows on its own.
- 2
Set the targets
Weight, reps or time per set; rest as its own item, 90 seconds by default.
- 3
Train from the card
Superset sets alternate; rest and timed sets start one after another.
What's inside
Type by content
1 exercise — straight sets, 2 — superset, 3 — tri-set, 4 or more — circuit. Nothing to toggle.
Timed sets
Plank, hang, cardio — the time metric instead of reps, with a countdown.
Rest where you want it
Rest goes into the block like a set: between superset exercises, after a round, or nowhere.
Build it your way
By hand in the editor, by a message to the assistant, or by pasting your plan as text — supersets are recognized.
Questions
How do I make a superset?
Put two exercises into one block — that's a superset; three is a tri-set. In the workout the sets alternate: A1, B1, A2, B2…
Can I do circuits?
Yes: 4 or more exercises in a block is a circuit. Rest between rounds is a separate item of the block.
Is there a rest timer?
Yes, rest is an item with a timer (90 seconds by default, adjustable). Timed sets and rest run in a chain — on iPhone, on the lock screen too.
Do superset exercises count in stats?
Yes, each exercise of the block counts on its own: 1RM, volume, records, muscle load.
