Workout app with custom exercises and metrics
The library has 1000+ exercises, but every gym has its own machines. Add yours with the metrics and muscles you need — it works like a library one: in routines, stats and progression.

How it works
- 1
Create
Name, muscles, equipment and how-to. Or take a library exercise and make your own version.
- 2
Pick the metrics
Weight, reps, time, distance, calories, incline, level — or a metric of your own with its unit.
- 3
Train
It shows up in search, goes into routines, and gets its own stats and progression rule.
What's inside
Any metrics
Weight and reps for a machine; time, incline and a custom speed metric for a treadmill; level and calories for a bike.
Muscles on the map
Mark primary and secondary muscles — the load feeds your muscle map and balance by group.
Your own version
Don't like a library exercise's instructions or metrics? Make a copy for yourself. Stats of similar exercises can be merged.
Synonyms
Add the names your gym uses — search and the builder find it by any of them.
Questions
Are custom exercises free?
Custom exercises come with the Standard and Extended plans — as many as you like. The free plan has the whole 1000+ exercise library.
Can I use my own unit?
Yes, create a metric with a name and unit — say, “speed, mph” — and add it to the exercise.
Do custom exercises get progression?
Yes. Every exercise has its own rule: linear by weight, double, by reps, by time — or none.
