A chat assistant that knows your workouts
Ask why your bench stalled, what to load next time or what to work on. The assistant answers from your history — with a chart — and can adjust the routine right away. You decide: changes apply only when you tap the button.

How it works
- 1
Ask
About a workout, a week, a lift or the routine — in your own words or with a ready topic: plateau, what weight to use, weak spots.
- 2
Get a review
The answer is built on your history — 1RM, volume, records — with a chart right in the chat.
- 3
Apply
Suggested changes come as a new version of the routine. You see what changed; “Apply”, or save it as a new one.
What you can type
In plain words — the assistant works it out and does it.
How are my main lifts doing this month?
An answer with each lift's ≈1RM and a chart.
Adjust my routine based on the last workout
A new version of the routine with what changed: “Apply” or “Save as new”.
Swap dumbbell press for barbell bench, 4x8
A routine edit in one message — you see the diff before applying.
3 workouts a week, at home, dumbbells up to 20 kg, 45 minutes each
A routine draft by day and block — add it in one tap.
Bench yesterday was 85, not 80
The logged set is corrected — your stats follow the new numbers.
What's inside
“Adjust program”
A button on a finished workout's card: the assistant looks at how it went and suggests edits to the routine.
“Discuss”
A workout, a period, a lift or the routine — with ready topics, so you don't have to word the question.
Build and edit by message
Describe a routine — the assistant builds it block by block. “Bench 4x8, face pulls instead of the finisher” — it builds the new version, you apply it in one tap.
Only what it needs
It gets your workouts, routines and profile (age, weight, level, goal) — not your name, email, phone or account IDs. Consent can be turned off in the profile.
Questions
Does the assistant change my routine by itself?
No. It suggests a new version and shows the diff. The routine changes only when you tap “Apply”; you can also save it as a separate routine.
Do I need the assistant every workout?
No. A workout is cards and buttons. The assistant is for building, adjusting and reviewing.
How much can I ask?
Each plan has a monthly assistant allowance: small on Free, bigger on Standard and Extended. You can top up beyond it.
What does the assistant know about me?
Your messages, profile and workouts — nothing that identifies you: no name, email, Telegram or Apple IDs, phone or IP.
