How it works
- 1
Train
Every exercise has its primary and secondary muscles marked — nothing to tag.
- 2
Pick a period
7, 30, 90 days or all time — the map recalculates.
- 3
Even it out
The “For you” pick suggests a group you've been skipping; the assistant helps add it to your routine.
What's inside
How it's counted
An exercise's primary muscle gets the full load, a secondary one half. Colour is relative to the most loaded group of the period.
Per workout and per period
The map is on the stats summary and on every workout's recap.
On every exercise
Each of the 1000+ library exercises has its own muscle map: what works as primary, what assists.
Custom exercises too
Mark the muscles of your own exercise — it feeds the map like any library one.
Questions
How does the app know which muscles worked?
From the exercises: each one in the library lists its primary and secondary muscles. The load adds up from your done sets.
How do I spot an imbalance?
Compare colours: a group that's barely coloured over a month gets far less work than the most loaded one. Ask the assistant — it suggests what to add.
Do supersets count?
Yes, each exercise of a block counts on its own.
