How it works
- 1
Train
Tick each set — weight and reps are already logged.
- 2
PRs on their own
At the end of the workout you see what you beat — 1RM, weight, reps or time — against your whole history.
- 3
Watch the trend
Each exercise's stats: the ≈1RM chart, records and volume for a week, a month, a quarter or all time.
What's inside
The Epley formula
1RM = weight × (1 + reps / 30). A single is the max itself; sets over 12 reps count as 12 so the estimate doesn't run high.
A calculator in the app
It opens with the period's best set: the load for 1–12 reps and a 95–50 % table, in 2.5 steps. “Use this” puts the weight into the set.
Records by the main metric
1RM and weight for strength lifts, reps for bodyweight sets, time for a plank. A trial workout sets no records.
Where you see them
In the workout recap, on the “Workouts logged” card, in your stats and on the page you share by link.
Questions
How is the 1RM estimated?
With the Epley formula: weight × (1 + reps / 30). For example, 100 kg × 5 = 116.7 kg. A single is the weight itself; over 12 reps counts as 12.
Do I need to test my max?
No. The estimate comes from your regular working sets — no heavy single needed.
Why didn't my PR count?
A trial workout sets no records — it stays out of your stats until you keep it. Every other workout is compared with the lift's whole history.
Can I estimate my 1RM without the app?
Yes — with our 1RM calculator on this site: the same formula as the app, plus a percentage table.
