Band Wrist Curl
Also known as: resistance band wrist curl, wrist curl with band, banded wrist flexion
Band Wrist Curl is a isolation exercise for the forearms. Main target: forearm flexors. Equipment: bands.
How to do it
- Sit down and anchor the band under your feet, gripping the free end with your palm facing up and your forearm resting on your thigh so the wrist hangs just past the knee.
- Let the band pull your wrist down into extension, keeping the forearm glued to the thigh.
- Curl the wrist up as high as you can, squeezing the forearm flexors at the top.
- Lower back down under control and repeat; then switch hands.
