Muscles worked
How to do it
- Lie back on a decline bench with your feet secured under the pads and hands crossed on your chest or behind your head.
- Exhale and sit all the way up until your torso is nearly upright.
- Inhale and lower yourself back down slowly, keeping tension in the abs.
- Do not yank your neck with your hands — the abs do the work.
