Email is the way to reach us — the address is at the bottom of this page. Tell us what happened, where (iPhone, browser or Telegram) and roughly when; a screenshot helps. Questions about your data and account deletion go to the same address.

• Sign in with Telegram, Google, Apple or email. It's one account on iPhone, in the browser (app.liftchat.app) and in Telegram — everything stays in sync.
• Delete your account: Profile → Danger zone → Delete account. It removes your routines, workouts, chats and profile and can't be undone.

• Logging workouts is free. Plans with the chat assistant are in the app: Profile → Subscription.
• Subscriptions bought on iPhone are billed by Apple: change or cancel them in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Deleting the LiftChat account doesn't cancel them.
• New phone or reinstall: Profile → Subscription → Restore Purchases.

LiftChat works as a remote MCP server: Claude, ChatGPT and other MCP clients can read your routines, workouts and stats and, with write access, build routines and log sets for you — the changes show up in the app at once. It's available on every plan, Free included.

• Server URL: https://app.liftchat.app/api/mcp
• Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector → paste the URL. Other clients: add a remote MCP server (Streamable HTTP) with the same URL.
• LiftChat's consent screen opens: sign in and allow access. It lists what the agent will be able to do — read only, or read and write.
• See and revoke connected agents in Profile → Connected AI agents → Disconnect; access ends at once.
• An agent can't pay, change your subscription or delete your account. Data export and body measurements need a paid plan, in the agent as in the app.
• What the agent does with the data it reads is governed by its provider's terms (e.g. Anthropic or OpenAI).
